I pull up in the park parking lot and get out. I look around. This place is really starting to make me feel like coming here more. It is beautiful. I felt different not wearing anything western today. I was wearing a shirt with the mustang logo on it that was black, a pair of jeans that were a dark wash blue and a pair of black leather boots. I had my hair all the way down like i always did. But i grabbed a rubber band out of the console of my truck and put my hair up in a pony tail to keep myhair out of my face. I walked to the back of my truck and opened the tail gate and a female border collie jumped out. I clipped her leash to her John Deere coller.

Shane pulled into the park parking lot next to a truck that a border collie just jumped out of. Diego, her blue pitbull sat on the passengers seat and stared out, panting at the border collie. Even though he was a pitbull, he was very friendly. Shane got out of the car and Diego jumped out to join her. He went straight to her side. She never needed a leash, he listened to Shane's every word. She had never come here before. Her and her foster parents had just moved here a week before, and they wanted to explore the sites. So her and Diego have been driving around all day. She watched as this countryish blonde girl walk her border collie around the park. Shane reached into the backseat and pulled out Diego's frisbee. She decided to leave the top down, since it was nice outside. Shane was wearing a dark brown tank top, light blue hipster jean shorts, and black airspeed sneakers, and it was STILL hot. She walked aways away from the two vehicles and threw the frisbee, Diablo took off toward the frisbee. Shane knew he wasn't gonna catch it, but it was adorable watching him try.

Bo then turned around and looked at the dog for a moment. She then whimpered at the other dog. I knew how much she loved frisbee at home. But with the ranch and all, she was mainly used to herd cattle or the horses around the pastures. I sighed and noticed the girl that was playing with the dog. I smiled. Maybe i need some time away from stress of the ranch and all and have some fun. I turned around and walked toward the girl and the dog. Bo was starting to lunge her way forward trying to rip the leash out of my hand. I laughed. She was really into frisbee. I played with her when i was not working with my dad and all.
I came near the girl and noticed that Bo started barking. I then looked at Bo for a second. "Bo, heel." Bo then stood near my side, and sat down by my feet. I took her leash off, but she continued to stay at my side. I started to walk and still, she was at my side.

Shane noticed the girl and her dog walking towards them. As Diego brought the frisbee back to her, after almost running into a tree going after it, the border collie stared at the frisbee. She threw it again and the dog almost ran after it, but the girl told her to heel, and she obeyed. Nice dog she thought to herself. She kneeled to the ground towards Diablo as he brought back the frisbee to her. At that moment, the girl and her dog apoached them. She faced her and Diego sat by her side, panting and wagging his tail, looking at the border collie.

I noticed that your dog loves frisbee. Bo here loves it. I patted Bo's side and smiled at her. My name is Sorya Jones. I just moved here from Elk City Oklahoma a few days ago. I looked at her dog. Pitbull. My cousin wanted me to get one, but i prefer the german shepherd, or any other breed that is good for working. Bo then sat down at my feet and barked once. She wanted her to throw the frisbee. I smiled at her. Alright Bo, you can go play. You have worked hard enough on the ranch. I ruffled the Border collies coat for a second and let her run around.
Bo was a really fast dog. She loved to run and chase after things, like horses or cattle. I smiled as i watched her.

Hey, my name's Shane McCullen. I just moved here, too, from Baltimore, Maryland. She looked at the girls border collie. She was pretty, and Diego thought so to. Bo was running around and Diego kept looking from her to bo, back to her, then back to Bo. As if sayin 'come on mom, i wanna plaaaaay'. Shane laughed and rolled her eyes. Go on. Diego ran after Bo. His names Diego. She told Sorya. [/b]I've been here a week. Haven't really been out though. Thought today i'd explore the town with Diego. He loves it.[/b] Shane took the frisbee and threw it as far as she could. Playing softball all through middle school and her first two years of high school, she was a pretty good thrower. Bo took off after it, so did Diego. Diego tried to keep up, but Bo jumped in the air and caught it in her teeth. [b[Wish Diego could do that, he's not the smartest dog in the dog pound, but he has his moments.[/b] She laughed.[/size]

I laughed. Well, Bo is really smart. I use her around the ranch to herd horses around. She knows when to work and when to play. I watched as Bo ran up to me. I grabbed the frisbee and threw it. Bo went running after it and caught it. I loved the fact that Bo had a great personality. I laughed when Diego was not able to catch up to my dog. Bo is a pretty fast dog. She runs all over the place chasing the horses all over.

Shane watched Bo run around. Two foster parents ago had a border collie; black, brown, and white, named Kota. She loved that dog. She looked at Sorya and smiled. She was kind of bragging about Bo. Yeah, she's a border collie and border collie's are smart, but still. She didn't need to talk about it all the time. Yeah. Diego's smart, too, but he's kind of slow at times. I've had him since he was a puppy. Thanfully my foster parents since i've had him had let me keep him. He worked really good in Baltimore as a guard dog. We didn't live in the nicest part, but if I had him with me, I wsan't scared. Living here, is like his vacation. He'll always be with me though.
Diego ran up to Shane and started licking her hand for treats. Shane squatted down and pet Diego's head and scratched behind his ears. I don't have any treats sweetheart. When we go home i'll give you some. You could tell Diego was dissappointed, but he ran off and tried to catch the frisbee that Sorya threw.

I looked at Shane. Sorry, i did not mean to brag about Bo. It is just hard for me because i feel that no one here is going to accept me for being a total country girl. And it feels good to have someone to talk to. I looked at Bo as she was playing with Diego. I smiled as she ran to me and layed by my feet for a moment of rest before running after Diego again. Bo is kind of like a best friend to me. She understnads what i go through all the time. I looked at Shane again. I hope that i was not boring her. I sighed.
